Dain Bramage Entertainment (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates dainbramageentertainment.com, **KDBR Dain Bramage Radio**, gaming streams, original series, live events, and community spaces across Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Rumble, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Trovo, X, Discord (https://discord.gg/d7Ve4bRjcv), and other platforms.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of our services — whether you’re listening to the radio station, watching gameplay, joining a live event, chatting in Discord, or submitting music to KDBR.

- Name, email, Discord handle (when you voluntarily provide it)

From artists submitting music to KDBR Dain Bramage Radio:  

- Contact details, bio, social links, photographs  

- Audio files and metadata  

- Signed permission agreement  

3. How We Use Your Information  

- Deliver and improve our streams, radio station, events, and website  

- Review, schedule, and promote submitted music on KDBR  

- Create and maintain Featured Artist pages (only while music is in rotation)  

- Send occasional updates and ~every-60-day airplay confirmation emails to artists  

- Show contextual and platform ads to keep everything free  

- Comply with legal obligations  

4. How Long We Keep Data  

- General user data → kept only as long as needed or required by platforms.  

 Artist submissions (audio files, bios, photos) → kept only while your music remains in rotation. If you request removal, we delete the files and take down your Featured Artist page within 30 days.

5. Sharing Your Information  

We do not sell personal data or music. Data is shared only with:  

- Streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, etc.) so the content works  

- Trusted service providers (hosting, email, analytics) under strict agreements  

- Law enforcement when required  

Advertising partners on the platforms may use their own cookies/pixels (see their privacy policies).

6. Your Rights  

You can always:  

- Access, correct, or delete your data  

- Ask us to remove your music and Featured Artist page  

- Unsubscribe from emails

We use encryption, access controls, and secure U.S. servers. No system is perfect, but we take protection seriously.

8. Cookies & Tracking

Services are not intended for anyone under 13. We delete any such data if discovered.
