What Partners Get:

• Your show premieres weekly on a fixed schedule (15, 30, or 60-min episodes starting on the hour), with reruns as filler for steady airtime.  
• Free production help: Custom music beds (via KDBR library), thumbnails/graphics, basic editing, and promotion across our website, X, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and streams.  
• Advanced production available at negotiated per-episode rates.  
• Your own support link (PayPal, Ko-fi, etc.) on-screen, in bios, and promos—100% yours.  
• Keep 100% of your merch sales.  
• We link your YouTube/socials in credits/descriptions. No exclusivity—upload to your own channels for VOD.

What We're Looking For:

• Original shows that fit the chaos: edgy comedy, gaming, Alaskan adventures (like Crazy Rob's series), parodies, skits, music videos, conspiracy/meme dives, or true unbiased news (we need a news program—step up!).
• Weekly new episode commitment + reruns handled by us.
• Free speech welcome, but political shows need equal time for opposition. Fair use only on copyright.

Deal-Breakers:

Alaska's indie chaos station—ad-free, zero payola, 24/7 rotation of hip-hop, rock, metal, lo-fi, electronic, and more from the Soldotna tundra. Currently automated (music, promos, jokes) 7 AM–8 PM AKST (sometimes later—off-grid power/fuel limits we're fixing). Expanding to live hosts for real energy.

What Hosts Get:

• Free setup & guidance: PlayIt Radio software (remote connect or prerecorded upload), coaching for beginners, basic production (intros/outros, promos).  
• Flexible slots: Negotiated live or prerecorded (max 4 hours), AK time preferred (UTC possible later).  
• Keep 100% of your sponsorships, commercials, merch sales.  
• Post your pay link during shows/promos—100% yours.  
• Promo: Site features, social shouts, Discord blasts. Link your channels. No exclusivity.  
• Hosts can play from our curated KDBR library or push custom audio (submit tracks ahead for licensing if needed).

• Commitment: Consistent shows for hosts (weekly/daily preferred).
• Free speech: Push boundaries, but illegal/harmful no-go; political needs opposition balance.

Beyond content creators, we're building a core team to keep the chaos running smooth. These roles help with production, community, and promotion—paid via the general fund and platform bonuses.

Editors:

• Help with basic/advanced editing for DBTV shows, radio promos, thumbnails, clips.
• Paid from the general fund (creator pool share) for ongoing work.
• Advanced/negotiated projects (per-episode or dedicated) at rates we discuss.

Social Media Posters/Managers:

• Post/promote on X, Facebook, Instagram, etc. (consistent schedule).
• Get 10% platform bonus share (split among active contributors on that platform) before general fund pool.

Mods (Twitch, Discord, etc.):

• Keep chats safe, enforce rules, engage community during streams/shows.
• Same 10% platform bonus share for the platforms you moderate (Twitch, Discord, etc.).
• Potential creator pool cut if contributing widely.
