Dain Bramage Entertainment (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates dainbramageentertainment.com, KDBR Dain Bramage Radio, the KDBR Radio app at kdbrpwa.dainbramageentertainment.workers.dev, and our social and streaming accounts.

1. What this covers  

This policy applies to the website, the KDBR Radio web app, the radio stream, artist submissions, business ad inquiries, email, and chat on the app.

2. Information we collect  

You may give us: name, email, Google account name and ID if you sign in, chat display name, chat messages, artist materials (tracks, bio, photos, links, permission form), and business contact details.

Devices and logs may include: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, app installs, approximate listen time, and crash or error logs from our hosts (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Icecast).

If you enable notifications we store a push subscription created by your browser. That is a device endpoint, not your Google password.

We do not collect your Google password. Google sends us a short-lived sign-in token, your account ID, and a public name/email so we can keep you signed in.

3. Google user data (KDBR Radio app)

KDBR Radio is the official app of Dain Bramage Entertainment. Optional Sign in with Google is part of that app.

Google user data we access

When you tap Sign in with Google we receive only:

- your Google account name

- your Google email address

- your stable Google account ID

- a short-lived Google ID token

We request only these Google scopes: openid, email, profile. We do not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts, YouTube, or any other Google data.

How we use that Google user data

- Confirm it is really you

- Show your name on the public wall

- Tie your signed-in account to direct messages

- Keep you signed in on this device

We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not use it to train public AI models. We do not give it to other apps. We do not transfer it except to the hosts that run KDBR Radio (Cloudflare for the app and chat, and Google for the sign-in check).

How we store that Google user data

- The ID token is stored only on your device until it expires or you sign out.

- Your Google account ID and display name may be stored with a wall or DM message on our Cloudflare account so the thread works.

- We do not store your Google password. We cannot see it.

How long we keep it

- Device token: until sign-out or expiry (about one hour, then you sign in again).

- Google account ID on a message: only while that message exists (wall about 12 hours; DMs last 10 messages).

- If you email contact@dainbramageentertainment.com and ask us to delete your Google login, we delete stored Google IDs we still have within 7 days.

If we change how KDBR Radio uses Google user data, we will update this section and the date at the top of this page.

4. How we use information  

- Run the station, website, and app  

- Show now-playing and keep the stream working  

- Host the public wall and, for signed-in users, private messages  

- Review artist submissions and build Featured Artist pages  

- Send artist or business email you asked for  

- Send optional “KDBR is live” notifications  

- Secure the services and follow the law  

We do not sell personal data. We do not sell music.

5. Chat and messages  

Public wall posts are visible to anyone using the app. We keep about the last 50 wall lines and drop lines after about 12 hours.

Direct messages are only for signed-in users. Each conversation keeps the last 10 messages. When an 11th message is sent, the oldest is deleted. We do not keep a long-term DM archive.

Do not post passwords, exact street addresses of private homes, or content that is illegal.

6. How long we keep data  

- Wall chat: about 12 hours, and only about the last 50 lines  

- Direct messages: last 10 messages in that thread, then older lines are deleted  

- Push subscriptions: until you disable notifications or the subscription dies  

- Google ID we use for your app login: until you ask us to delete it  

- Artist files: while the music is in rotation; removal requests processed within 30 days  

- Email and business inquiries: as long as needed to answer you or keep records  

7. Who we share with  

Only what is required to run the service:  

- Cloudflare (app, DNS, chat storage)  

- GoDaddy (website and forms)  

- Google (sign-in)  

- Icecast / our studio computers (the audio stream)  

- Email providers for mail we send  

- Law enforcement when required  

Advertising on third-party social platforms follows those platforms’ policies. The KDBR app player itself does not run third-party ad networks.

8. Cookies and local storage  

The website may use cookies for the page builder, chat widget, and basic analytics.  

The app stores on your device: volume, display name, Google sign-in token, and notification permission. You can clear site data in the browser to remove that.

9. Your rights  

Email contact@dainbramageentertainment.com to access, correct, or delete data, remove music, or turn off artist email. We respond within 7 days.

Turn off notifications in the app or in phone settings. Sign out in the app to stop using Google on this device.

10. Children  

The site and app are not directed at children under 13. We delete that data if we find it.

11. Security  

We use HTTPS, access controls, and U.S. hosted infrastructure. No system is perfect.

We will post updates on this page.
