Terms of Service

These terms govern use of dainbramageentertainment.com, KDBR Dain Bramage Radio, and the KDBR Radio app.

If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Who we are

2. The service  

KDBR is an independent internet radio station. The KDBR Radio app is a free player and community wall. The station often runs about 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Alaska time and may go off when power or equipment fails. We do not promise 24/7 uptime.

3. Accounts  

Listening and public wall posts do not require a Google account.  

Direct messages and future extras require Google sign-in. You must be allowed to use that Google account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

4. Acceptable use  

You will not: harass people, post illegal content, impersonate the station, spam the wall or DMs, attack the stream or app, or scrape the service.

We may delete posts, block names or words, and ban users.

5. Your content  

You keep ownership of text you post. You give us a license to display that text in the app so the wall and DMs work. Public wall posts are public.

Artist music is covered by the separate artist permission form, not by these terms. Direct messages are not stored as a permanent record. Each thread keeps only the last 10 messages

6. Notifications  

If you enable notifications we may send station status messages. You can disable them at any time.

7. No professional advice  

Shows, chat, and news posts are entertainment and general information. Not legal, medical, or financial advice.

8. Intellectual property  

KDBR, Dain Bramage Entertainment, logos, and original station audio are ours. Do not copy the app or stream for a competing service.

9. Disclaimer  

The services are provided “as is.” Off-grid power, internet, and third-party hosts can fail. We are not liable for missed songs, dropped chat, or failed notifications.

10. Limitation of liability  

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to zero dollars, because the app and stream are free.

12. Changes  

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

13. Law  

Alaska law, United States. Courts in the State of Alaska.
