• Bring bug spray, sunscreen, water, and weather-appropriate clothes
• You take full responsibility for safe operation and any damage/loss

We guarantee our equipment is in good working condition at pickup. Kayaking involves risks such as cold water, weather changes, wildlife, capsizing, and physical strain. By renting, you assume all risks and release Dain Bramage Entertainment from liability for any injury, damage, or loss. A waiver must be signed at pickup. Renters are fully responsible for safe use and return of equipment. Credit card held for potential damage/repairs.
